We use Hyro, our own digital storytelling software platform, to power and run our experiences. Hyro takes presentations, meetings, trainings, product reveals, and any shape or type screen to the next level. Allowing users to create their own interactive and immersive stories.

As a Team Lead Project Management Office for Purple

Your job is to quickly understand and solve problems as they arise. You’ll do everything you can to help the team work towards the common goal. You establish great work relations and ensure people are aligned and engaged. And, as a Team Lead, you offer the much-needed clarity and structure.

As Team Lead you know how to support the Project- and Delivery managers in their role but also in the processes in such a way that quality is guaranteed. It’s your responsibility to know what is going on within Purple. You easily see what the priorities are within the projects and how to coordinate this between teams.

For us, project management is about understanding and enjoying how you can get a group of people across the finish line. And of course you’ll be the one to keep track of the timelines and budget.

Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with all Purple disciplines, while being in touch with client contacts, and overseeing external suppliers. Traveling and working in multiple time zones is part of the job.

What do we expect from you? Besides: Decisive. Goal getter. Genuine communicator. Dependable team player.

10+ Years of relevant work experience (preferably in the AV industry but in the creative / tech industry will suffice)

Experience in delivering multi-million euro projects with multiple 3rd party suppliers in an international environment.

Deep experience in applying project methods in multi-disciplinary teams University (of applied science) degree

Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a big plus but not required)

Business management affluence

Flexible and accommodating to different time zones

Full-time available; Great planning and organization skills - you know how to get from A to B

Self-steering capacity - you love to act instead of just talk Energetic and lively communicator - you can move people to action

High sense of responsibility - you take pride in what you deliver and don’t wait for others to tell you what to do

Our office.

We have 2 offices close to each other. Our first office used to be an old factory, now we turned it into a Experience Lab for our Hyro Digital Storytelling software and IX solutions. And last year we opened our new office in Suiker Silo next to the old office. So you can visit and work from anywhere you want!

All in all, we’re a simple lot. We believe in continuous learning, rapid iterations, and that creativity is the key to solving real world problems. We don’t believe in unnecessary hierarchy, bureaucracy, or staying in the comfort zone.
