We use Hyro, our own digital storytelling software platform, to power and run our experiences. Hyro takes presentations, meetings, training, product reveals, and any shape or type screen to the next level. Allowing users to create their own interactive and immersive stories.

As Delivery Manager for Purple:

Our team of delivery managers make sure we deliver what we promise to our customers. We create memorable and impactful digital experiences that help our customers stand out. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a delivery manager to hands-on manage and coordinate the deliverables of our international (technical) suppliers in mainly the Audio Visual industry. While being in control of all involved stakeholders of our projects (Clients ICT -, facility - and building management departments, architects and AV technology suppliers) you make sure we make it to the finish line.

Your job is to quickly understand and solve problems as they arise. You’ll do everything you can to help the team work towards the common goal.

You establish great work relations and ensure people are aligned and engaged, in particular with regards to technical challenges that will put risk on progress. And, as a DM, you offer the much needed insight in partner dependencies and required mitigation to act on them.

For us, delivery management is about understanding and enjoying how you can get a group of people across the finish line. And of course you’ll be the one to keep track of the progress of 3rd parties and client-dependent milestones.

Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with all Purple disciplines, while being in touch with client contacts, and overseeing technical external suppliers. Traveling and working in multiple time zones is part of the job.

What we expect from you: Besides: Decisive. Goal getter. Genuine communicator. Dependable team player.

5+ Years of relevant work experience (in the AV / creative / tech industry or in a similar role).

Experience in delivering multi-million euro projects with multiple 3rd party suppliers in an international environment.

Experience in applying project methods in multi-disciplinary teams.

Experience in working with ICT-dependent solutions, in particular with regards to network and server technologies.

Experience in working with AV technologies is mandatory.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a big plus but not required).

Flexible and accommodating to different time zones, Full-time available.

Great planning and organization skills - you know how to get from A to B. High sense of responsibility - you take pride in what you deliver and don’t wait for others to tell you what to do.

Self-steering capacity - you love to act instead of just talk. Energetic and lively communicator - you can move people to action.

Our office.

We have 2 offices close to each other. Our first office used to be an old factory, now we turned it into a Experience Lab for our Hyro Digital Storytelling software and IX solutions.

And last year we opened our new office in Suiker Silo next to the old office. So you can visit and work from anywhere you want!
